Description

Kids Connected is an up-and-coming online marketplace for live classes and activities headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide an online platform where parents can enroll their kids in very affordable extracurricular activities. The types of activities we offer include anything from tutoring to exercise and everything in between. The classes are hosted virtually so students can attend from anywhere.

Kids Connected is currently looking to fill a role monitoring and responding to support issues. Support issues are received through email or phone and must be handled quickly and with urgency. Typically, support issues are from parents asking general questions about classes or parents reporting issues that need immediate resolution. The Support Specialist will be the main point of contact for issue resolution and will work closely with our CEO and our Content Team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to emails.
  • Coordinate resolution between multiple parties in real time.
  • Verify upcoming classes are scheduled correctly (in order to prevent support cases from arising).
  • Field phone calls from third parties requesting information or support resolution.
  • Whatever else comes up – this is a startup!


Requirements:

  • Ability and desire to remain flexible, wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
  • Work with a sense of urgency demonstrating consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work efficiently both independently and with other team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
