  • With a decade of experience as a personal trainer and children’s fitness specialist (and 15 years as a classroom teacher before that), Dawn Hollister has a love for exercise AND teaching! She has instructed classes with kids ages 3-13 in a class setting and one-on-one with kids elementary school through high school. Dawn believes exercise is most effective if it is something people want to keep doing, so her children’s classes are a mixture of games, skills instruction, and strength and stamina building exercises that are so fun, kids might forget they are exercising. Her passion is to make exercise and an active lifestyle one of your passions!
