Bridge to College Math -Unit 2

Bridge to College Math will offer a combination of a 'Math Lab' type tutoring experience and a continuation of higher level math skills for those who have completed Algebra II.  Students who are receiving higher level math instruction in another setting may bring homework questions or topics for assistance. When all questions have been answered or if no students have questions, we will work on additional math topics in Pre-Calculus and Trigonometry or in a review of Algebra and Geometry skills.

Unit 2's additional math topics will press on in Khan's Pre-Calculus and/or Trigonometry material and interesting or challenging review problems in the McMullen books I own.  :)

An email will be sent when you enroll fully explaining how to sign up for the class on a free Khan academy account.  Additional homework will be assigned through email. This course will not be formally graded through testing, but students may receive a grade based on their participation and understanding if requested.

Reviews and Ratings

  • Kristy is a great math teacher. She engages her students and explains problems in a way that is easy to understand. My 14 year old has learned a lot from the Algebra Arts class.
